Austin Flower Co has been absolutely amazing! As someone who is newer to floristry, I’m constantly asking questions (including “how much is this one?” about a hundred times 😅), and they always take the time to answer me with patience and kindness. You can tell how much hard work goes into what they do, and everyone there is so welcoming and genuinely helpful. They never make you feel like a bother, even when you’re asking a million questions. I’m so grateful for all of their guidance and support. Highly recommend Austin Flower Co to anyone looking for quality flowers and an incredible team behind them!

Bought roses from this place yesterday and I had an issue with a few damaged roses in one of the packs I bought, I called and asked if I could trade them in for ones that were in better condition they said yes. I went to pick them up today, just want to say this place has very nice staff, Garret was super helpful when I went in the first time, as well as the whole morning crew from today Friday ! Love the flowers here great prices, very fresh and good quality florals. Will definitely be going back more often!

it’s been 5 days since buying these flowers and they look completely awful, they started to wilt and brown after less than a day. for nearly $70 these flowers should’ve lasted longer than ones i get at HEB for half the price (who btw give a FULL refund if the flowers die within a week) . Like other reviews say the staff is rude and the flowers are overpriced for how low quality they are. I’m extremely disappointed, was looking forward to supporting a local business but will absolutely not be going back. side note- the baby’s breath is from central market and is the only flower that didn’t start to mold

The staff is so kind and knowledgeable!! I was able to find the perfect blends of blooms with the help of Emerald, who was so thoughtful with the flower selections going above and beyond what I had imagined before coming in. The range of exotics and local flowers is unmatched! 10/10 would buy here again
